La concession est applicable mutatis mutandis aux médias électroniques et sur
les sites Internet ( Netpapers ) qui servent à l'information ,
annonce des événements et la discussion de thèmes musicaux.
En cas d'utilisation non autorisée - en particulier abusive ou commerciale - toute violation des droits sera accusée.
